FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What are your hours?: We are open Monday through Friday by appointment.
Where are you located?: We are located at 229 E Wisconsin Ave, Suite 904 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

We are on the 9th floor of the Historic Railway Exchange Building on the corner of East Wisconsin Ave and North Broadway in Downtown Milwaukee.
Where can I park?: Parking Structure: 250 Plaza located at 721 North Broadway, Milwaukee, WI 53202

Meters: There is 2 hour metered parking until 6pm M-F. Street Parking is free after 6pm. Street parking is also free on the weekends.

The Hop: There is a Hop Stop right in front of our studio on Broadway.

If you have any issues with a parking meter, please call or text us and we will pay for your parking using our mobile parking app.
Do you accept walk-ins?: We are by appointment only. This allows us to plan our time accordingly and make sure we can offer you the best attention and service during your appointment.
What payment options do you accept?: We accept cash, credit, and business checks.

Once you book an appointment with us, you will be sent a contract and invoice, both of which can be taken care of online. You may take care of your invoice by using a credit card online, or you may mail in a check.
How long is the typical wait?: We typically book 1-2 weeks out for individual headshot sessions, and 3-4 weeks out for larger sessions.

Retouching is done in the order that we received your selections.

Retouching is typically 5-7 business days for smaller shoots, and 7-10 business days for larger shoots.
Do you have a cancellation policy?: If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, client may reschedule their session at least 72 hours prior to their shoot without penalty.

Should client fail to give 72 hours notice, or decide to completely cancel the shoot, this session fee is forfeited and will not be refunded. Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control.

Do you retouch the photographs?: Comprehensive retouching is included on all deliverables. This includes skin work, fly away hairs, and straightening out garments if need be.

For advanced retouching needs, such as removing objects from a background, or advanced body and skin work, we can offer a quote.

We do not sell or deliver unretouched photographs.
Do you offer Passport Photos?: We are not able to offer passport photos at this time. You can get passport photos taken at your local Walgreens, or try Arts Cameras Plus
